We know the hospital stay is busy, we try to keep our sessions to 15-20 minutes.

We typically photograph all babies on their first full day at the hospital. Generally, we do not take photos on the day of discharge unless there is a medical reason for the delay because we know you are anxious to head home with your new bundle! 

We love to include Mom and or her support person in photos.  Distracting jewelry should be removed; your baby should be the focus of the photos. Bring a dark-colored shirt to wear in the photos; we may photograph your baby in your arms and solid/dark colors look great in both color and black-and-white.  And if you do not have any of the above, no worries; our photographers are professionals and will do their best to provide you with images you will treasure. The hospital stay passes by in a blink, we really encourage adult participation so your little one has those memories on their special day! 

Absolutely not! Every patient is gifted this bedside photo session after they deliver by the hospital. In addition to the complimentary photo session, all patients receive a complimentary 2-week online slideshow of their edited images that is password protected and can be shared with whomever the patient wishes. Purchases can be made from this online gallery, but there is no obligation to purchase. 

Yes, let your nurse know you are interested in Bella Baby pictures and they will guide you on next steps or you can call Customer Service at 877-817-8830 to let us know your little one is discharging. Typically, the session will be completed the day prior to discharge so have whatever you would like included in the photos in the little one's crib. 

We would love to met you and your little one. Please contact Customer Service at 877-817-8830 to learn more about the various options you have; in hospital and/or once you discharge at home. Since we are not contracted with the hospital, the session will unable to be complimentary and our Customer Service will provide pricing details.
